How we intend to trade

In this trade your name travels further than your cargo. We would rather turn down an order than move something we cannot stand behind.

Describe it accurately, or do not sell it
Every cargo is offered against a published specification. If material will not meet the grade, we say so before the contract is signed — not after the inspection report lands.
Put it in writing
Specification, quantity, price, Incoterms and validity, stated on every offer. A verbal understanding is a conversation, not a trade.
One named person, start to finish
Enquiries are answered by someone who gives you their name. No shared inbox, no handing you between departments halfway through a shipment.
Documents arrive complete
The commercial and shipping set is presented in full and on time. Most disputes in this business are paperwork disputes, and they are avoidable.
Published specifications, not trade slang.
Every product we quote is referenced to a recognised standard — ISRI grades for ferrous scrap, EN 590 and ASTM D1655 for fuels, BS 4449 for reinforcement steel, ECE approval markings for tyres.
It sounds like a small thing. In practice it is the fastest way for a buyer to tell whether the party on the other side of the email understands the product.
See the specifications we work toFrom first enquiry to delivery
Every enquiry follows the same five steps. Nothing is agreed by conversation alone — each stage produces a document you can hold us to.
Enquiry
You send the product and specification, quantity, destination and required delivery window.
Written offer
We respond in writing with specification, price, Incoterms, delivery basis and a stated validity period.
Contract
Terms, payment instrument and inspection arrangements are agreed and the contract is signed by both parties.
Inspection
An independent inspection company verifies quality and quantity at load port where the contract requires it.
Shipment & documents
Goods are shipped and the full commercial and shipping document set is presented against the agreed terms.
A licensed UAE entity with a real address.
